Method 1: Log out from all devices Open Roblox, then click on three dots. Click on Settings. Select Security. Click on Sign out. Now, go back to the game you want to play then relaunch it and see if Error Code 264 is fixed.


Method 2: Delete the Temp file First, completely exit Roblox. Then, press the Windows key + R then type %temp%, and hit Enter. Now, please delete everything here by pressing Ctrl + A on your keyboard then hit the Delete key (or right click then choose to delete). At last, restart your computer and see if Error Code 264 is fixed.


Method 3: Try using Google DNS Press the Windows key + R then type ncpa.cpl and hit Enter. Right-click on your internet connection and pick Properties. Uncheck on Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). After that, double-click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). Select Use the following DNS server addresses option then type 8 8 8 8 and 8 8 4 4. Now, tick on Validate settings upon exit. Click Ok. Click Ok. At last, open Roblox and try to play your game again, and see if Error Code 264 is fixed.


Method 4: Clear DNS Cache Press the windows key then type cmd. Right-click on Command Prompt and pick Run as administrator. Now, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter. type ipconfig /release and press Enter. type ipconfig /renew and press Enter. type netsh winsock reset and press Enter. type netsh int ip reset and press Enter. Finally, restart your pc and check if the Disconnected issue is resolved.


Method 5: Uninstall and reinstall Roblox. To do that, go to Control Panel. Select Uninstall a program. Find Roblox then right-click on it then select uninstall. If you don't see Roblox here. Then go to Settings. Select Apps. Select Installed apps. Scroll down and find Roblox. Click on three dots then pick uninstall. After uninstall is done, open Microsoft Store and then navigate to the search box. Now, type Roblox and then selects Roblox from the result. Install it.


If this problem only occurs on 1 certain game, play another game and come back at another time to play that game. Because most likely the game's server is temporarily offline or experiencing problems.
